Drivers using Indoride agree to maintain lawful, respectful, and safe participation on the platform.
Driver responsibilities
- Provide accurate onboarding details and valid documents when requested.
- Maintain legal compliance for vehicle, licence, and local transport requirements.
- Treat riders respectfully and confirm ride details clearly before trips.
Pricing model
Trip fares are automatically calculated by distance in the app, and the same fare is shown to both customer and driver. Indoride currently does not charge platform fees from drivers or customers.
Safety and conduct
Unsafe conduct, fraud, abuse, or repeated complaints may lead to review, support intervention, suspension, or removal from the platform.
Support
Driver questions, onboarding concerns, and misuse reports should be sent through the support flow so the team can review them properly. If a payment issue or fare mismatch happens, it should be reported through in-app support for review.
