Drivers using Indoride agree to maintain lawful, respectful, and safe participation on the platform.

Driver responsibilities

  • Provide accurate onboarding details and valid documents when requested.
  • Maintain legal compliance for vehicle, licence, and local transport requirements.
  • Treat riders respectfully and confirm ride details clearly before trips.

Pricing model

Drivers and riders may discuss and confirm the trip amount directly before the ride. Indoride currently does not charge driver commission on that negotiated fare.

Safety and conduct

Unsafe conduct, fraud, abuse, or repeated complaints may lead to review, support intervention, suspension, or removal from the platform.

Support

Driver questions, onboarding concerns, and misuse reports should be sent through the support flow so the team can review them properly.
