Does Indoride charge platform fees?

No. Indoride currently does not charge platform fees from riders or drivers.

How is the fare decided?

The fare is automatically calculated by distance in the app, and the same amount is shown to both customer and driver.

What if the charged amount is different from the app fare?

If a driver charges more than the app amount, or a customer pays less than the app amount, please report it through the in-app support section. Indoride can review the complaint, but the app does not currently charge platform fees.
