Platform role
Indoride currently helps customers and drivers connect. The ride fare is discussed directly between the customer and driver before the trip begins.
Customer responsibilities

- Respect the driver, vehicle, and local laws.
- Use the platform honestly and avoid fake or abusive bookings.
Pricing and payment
Indoride currently does not charge platform commission from riders. Price negotiation and direct payment terms are handled between customer and driver.
Support and misuse
Users who face issues should report them through the in-app support section or the website contact form. Repeated misuse may lead to restricted access.
