By using Indoride, customers agree to use the platform responsibly and understand the current automated distance-based pricing model shown in the application.
Platform role
Indoride helps customers and drivers connect through the app. Ride fares are automatically calculated by distance and the same amount is shown clearly to both customer and driver before the trip begins.
Customer responsibilities
- Share accurate trip and contact information.
- Respect the driver, vehicle, and local laws.
- Use the platform honestly and avoid fake or abusive bookings.
Pricing and payment
Indoride currently does not charge platform fees from riders or drivers. Customers should pay only the fare shown in the app, and any request for extra payment beyond the app fare should be reported through in-app support.
Support and misuse
If a driver charges more than the fare shown in the app, or if there is any payment mismatch, users should report it through the in-app support section. Repeated misuse, abuse, or fraud may lead to restricted access.
