Direct fare discussion

The customer and driver negotiate the trip fare directly before the ride begins. That direct payment arrangement is outside platform commission collection.

Refund responsibility

Because the ride amount is directly negotiated between customer and driver, Indoride is not responsible for fare refunds, negotiated price disagreements, or direct payment disputes between users.
