Indoride currently does not charge platform fees or commission from customers or drivers.
App-calculated fare
The trip fare is automatically calculated by distance in the app and the same fare is shown to both customer and driver before the ride begins.
Refund responsibility
Indoride is not responsible for offline payment disputes, miscommunication, or any amount paid outside the fare shown in the app. If a driver charges more than the app fare, or a customer pays less than the app fare, the issue should be reported through in-app support for review.
