Delete Account

At Indoride, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated information, you can do so by following the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

  • Open the Indoride mobile application.
  • Go to the Profile section.
  • Tap on Contact Support.
  • Send a message saying: "Delete my account".
  • Your request will be processed and your account will be deleted successfully.

Drivers and customers can also submit a delete request here. Fill in your details and tap Delete My Account.

Your request will be sent to support@indoride.in.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your personal information such as name and phone number will be permanently removed.
  • You will no longer be able to access your account.
  • Your login credentials will be deleted from our system.

Data Retention

Some information may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal and safety requirements:

  • Ride history may be stored temporarily for safety and dispute resolution.
  • Certain records may be retained to comply with applicable laws.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
