How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Indoride mobile application.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Tap on Contact Support.
- Send a message saying: "Delete my account".
- Your request will be processed and your account will be deleted successfully.

Drivers and customers can also submit a delete request here. Fill in your details and tap Delete My Account.

What Happens After Deletion
- Your personal information such as name and phone number will be permanently removed.
- You will no longer be able to access your account.
- Your login credentials will be deleted from our system.
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal and safety requirements:
- Ride history may be stored temporarily for safety and dispute resolution.
- Certain records may be retained to comply with applicable laws.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
